Default And so it begins

Well I broke down and had my first few mods installed today. First is a Viper 791XV alarm with GPS, remote start, etc. Second the Nismo cluster below, I like and some Nismo caps and such and finally an Optima battery. Much thanks to the guys at Performance Nissan for getting me the Nismo stuff quickly.

I have a few other things lying around that I will install once I have a bit more milage. Evo will be busy!!!

More to come soon...

Did it reset your odometer when you installed it? Or is the car just that new?

Thanks for the comments guys! Yes, the car is pretty new, less than a month old, and yes changing the cluster will reset the odometer to 0. The milage is now km too.

As far as the install, it wasn't that hard, just difficult getting to the right bolts to take the cluster out. It was being done at the same time as my remote start so its hard to gauge the time frame on just the cluster. I would guess an hour or so if you know what your looking for. The ESM doesn't tell you squat.

are you going to get a new front end (Top Secret or Greddy) to show off the FMIC? also, what wheels are you considering? some 20" GT-C's would look hot!!

i wish i had the cash to spend on my coupe.. that pesky mortgage gets in the way off all my plans of grandeur.. haha

That cluster looks fooking sick.

Normally I make fun of mods like that, but that belongs in the car. I think I am gonna have to get me one of those, and I dont care if ppl consider it a ricey non-functional mod. I WANT IT!!!
