I will be getting a new car in 4 weeks. I have narrowed it down to these two cars: black on black G35 coupe with performance tire & wheel package, aero kit (just spoiler), and sunroof which should list for just under $35,000. The second is a 350Z Touring which will be black with orange leather. I need some opinions from G35 coupe owners on how you feel about your car? and why you think the G35 would be better than a Z? by the way, the G35 already has an edge over the Z with me cuz the girls like it better

 

Get the G 6MT, you can't go wrong. You can do just as many mods to the G. as your pocket can handle. Also you can take three girls out.

 

I have a Torung 6sp 350Z that I have owned for about 2 months which I am selling to get a 6sp G.

My mom has a G Coupe which she had for almost a year and to me theres a big difference in quality.

Plus I like having the back seats.

Also the G is by far a much much better looking car( Thats my opinion. )

Another plus is that a Infiniti dealer will be much better when it comes to service.

Overall if I can go back 2 months I would own a G right now.

Im not knocking the Z but to me the G is the way to go.

 

I would not get a car because girls like it.

My coworker has a touring with the burnt orange seats. I like the car personally, but the G is more practical for daily use.

 

sunroof is another factor for getting the G. at least for me it is.

Both G and Z are excellent car - though I like the look of Z more, G has the upper hand in quality.

 

I drove 3 350's, then 1 G35.

Bought the G35

My opinion;
G35 rides better
Better quality

Comparing the Track model to the G35, options that do not come on the 350;
4 seats
Leather interior
Power heated seats
6 disc Bose high out put stereo
Heated side mirrors
Sunroof
Seperate climate control

Here's the kicker;

Price was the same! About 35K.

 

yup Z is the most overpriced car in the market, and g35 is a ****in steal for that price

everyone is going to have mix opinions just picture yourself a year or so down the road if you plan on keeping it for awhile. I also wanted the z as well but i didnt want to limit myself to 2 seats.

 

i plan to keep my g for a LONG long time, also the g35 looks so much more better and only a couple of g's more than the Z, in most cases,

sports car vs lux coupe.

If you even have to *ask* the question...the choice is clear!

get the G!

G has a very high resale value and plus you get the high end car name for the same price with a better looks and options IMO
