Default Q about Kinetix Racing....

I dont know if anyone is familiar with their products but their claims are pretty descent. I was looking at the Plenum and high flow cats combo. This would put my track model above 300hp (at the flywheel of course).

From what I hear the plenum makes a significant difference in performance and it is where the bottleneck occurs in our intake.

Any thoughts on these products?

here is the link to the products

I have their plenum and test pipes. Great products and great customer service-you can't go wrong.

Thanks for the prompt response dduck, but what I really want to know is do you notice the performance gains?? I feel that our engine is a little sluggish in 4th gear above 4,000 RPMS. Im looking to increase pull in that range.

look at my sig for mods.

I would say hands down, the best performance gain I got is when I added the plenum from Kinetix, you will feel the gains instantly.

that is no BS, if you get it you will like it.

well, not to sound too "salesman" you will most likely notice more from the plenum than the hi-flow cats. That also could have a lot to do with with the sound as well.

Well, you save by buying in package form, and I advise doing them at the same time, because you can really feel it when they are installed at the same time.

It gives you more of a sense of money well spent.

Kinetix, I've been trying to contact you for 2 weeks! I've sent e-mails and left messages on your answering machine and have recieved no response (do you guys ever even attempt to answer the phone?). I would like to talk about some issues with my camber and traction arms. I've heard about your "great" customer service, but I've experienced the opposite.

How do I get in contact with you?

Sorry for getting off topic.

Question to you with the Kinetix plenum... when you replace the plenum do you have to get rid of the strut bar.. i've read elsewhere that you do.. i just wasn't sure.

My head is spinning from all the dang posts ive read comparing the Crawford and the Kinetix.....

Does anyone have any Dyno charts comparing the two? cuz to me thats whats important... I REALLY would love to keep my stock sway bar + engine cover

but i still want to have my performance / cost ... because im already hurting on cash after my 35th ann. purchase

I'd go with the AAM plenum spacer then, retains your stock strut bar, tapered to 1/2", looks just like stock, retains engine cover, and is cheaper, and makes decent/good gains.

I mean I dont mind dishing out the money for either the Kinetix or the Crawford + bar ... if the crawford is really gonna make a huge difference over the Kinetix

but from your previous posts plus a few others I get the impression they are VERY close...

does anyone know this for a fact?
