Got the nextgear gaskets today. They look to be of very good quality. My new manifold doesn't get here till Wed. So installation will be on Thur.

just spoke with the folks at nextgear and they are working on a tb gasket too. they are currently into r&d for the thickness and the process should take a couple of months before they come out with a complete kit. they also said that they do not distribute their parts and nipponpower is the best place to go to buy the kit.

i think i will wait for the tb, upper and lower plenum kit

i have not heard back from fisherspeed and don't know much about their company so i am dropping them from my list

definately don't buy the ebay gaskets...those are going back

My personal opinion now is that the TB gasket is not really needed if running the bypass. The plenum stays cool enough now with the lower gasket so it probably doesn't make much difference.

your probably right....but i am in no hurry and i would like to have the complete setup if i am going to go this route. i am sure it cools down plenty and is very effective in reducing intake temps

thanks for all the input and links kidz

These probably wont increase power, but they will help you from losing power on hot days, a big bonus for us people here in FL, its hot as hell right now and i can tell a noticable loss in power after ive been driving around for a while.

Still a little confused. What spacer and from what company will I need for the kinetix ssv manifold? (example- lower spacer from nextgear) The kinetix manifold replaces the upper and middle plenum with one peice. I just want the gasket that goes between the kinitex manifold and the lower manifold that conects to the heads. Thanks

You'll have to e-mail nextgear and tell them you only want the manifold spacer. You should get the full set though. It's not that hard to do once you have it all apart anyways. BTW pics are here: https://my350z.com/forum/intake-exhaust/124884-kinetix-ssv-installed-w-photos.html
