Default Those with RT high flows

Ok, so I installed my RT high flows. Actually, my friends did, and in doing that they removed the stock cat brace and now my exhaust bangs agains my floor a lot. They said it would not bolt up correctly, does anyone have a pic of their cats installed?

Ah thanks man, I'll try that over this next week. I'm ordering some kind of Y-pipe so I'll do it during the install..

there are 4 bolts on it you need to loosen.. then you can put some shims in place and it fixes the problem...

Thanks a million bro, I'll post up a pic of my cross brace later on...I swear the person that owned my car before me was a drug runner, my cross brace is RUINED.

I have my cross brace spaced out with test pipes and the Greddy exhaust -- I just destroyed my cross brace on my car today ... I swear that manhole came out of nowhere and wanted to go for a ride under my car... I think that the 2" drop didn't help the situation.

I have them on my car. I loosened all the bolts from the cats back and put a stand under the central section of the exhaust pipes then retightened the bolts from front to the back. Hope this helps.

ive heard nothing but bad things about Random Tech's high flows. you should git the Crawfords. at least they last longer. and they dont make a banging sound and the rasp isnt as bad as TP's.

Heh, that's why it's banging...I got under there today and saw that and was like . It had nothing to do with Random Techs. they flow amazing when gutted and sound great! (see my other thread)
