JWT problem, did the search...
I have the same problem than this guy:
I have had a JWT Pop Charger for 15k, needed cleaning. Since it was my daily driver, I ordered just the replacement filter from performance nissan so I could swap it out and clean the dirty one whenever. After the swap I drove it normal ( not past 5000 rpm ) for about 30 miles that day, then the car just died, limited brakes and steering. kinda scary. I could start the car, but then it would die after about 5 secs. I put the old, dirty pop filter back on, and car started right up and acted normal. Help. Anyone have any suggestions on what to do? -Thanks.

They do come pre-oiled.
But if you oil and old one or a new one even, remember to sit it down on some newspaper so the extra oil will drip away. That is the most important thing people should do and often forget or don't know to do.

Thanks guys, it's a new one,so no oil added. At 4000rpm,power is cut!
I did the ecu reset, didn't completly work, maybe the timing wasn't right enough, and I never had a cell light.
I disconnected the negative of the battery and will check the result tomorrow...
(This car seems very sensitive(late03-early04),I'm also dealing with TCS VDC ABS issues after rear tires replacement, while keeping used front tires, even in stock size and same brand.)

u just have to drive the car for a while and let the computer get used to the additional air coming in. i had the same problem with my AEM. if u disconnect you battery the problem will b right back since that resets the ECU. you have two choices drive the car and let the computer get used to it or have the idle raised with the consult.
So, everyone who has an intake issue has to keep driving...how long?
If not satisfied with the ECU adaptation,learning...just raise the idle.
Seems very simple,I hope it will work, thanks.

It was a brand new replacement filter,no oil issue(it felt dry).Today I have a "rasp"noise(blowing sound) at 2500RPM exactly,it just came by itself, wasn't there before.
My "old" mods are:JWTpop charger,Kinetix plenum,Crawford cats,Invidia N1 exhaust,UR crank pulley.
