flame out of only one side of the exhaust??

i would say it just means the side the flame comes out flows more than the other side and the flame just isn't big or strong enough to come out both sides

but it's not bad that my car is ejecting flames?? it's only at 6k+

if it is a straight through exhaust yes.. if you have a single canister with 2 exits it most likely will not, and if it does it will come out of the free flowing side...

its coming out of only one side because there is unburnt fuel from a chamber on that side... misfiring cylinder on that side...

well if i had a misfiring cylinder (worse case) wouldn't my car through a code?

it's probably that one side of my injen ses has less fiberglass then the other side

misfiring will throw an engine code.

either misfiring, or simply running very rich fuel mixture--with test pipes, of course.
