Default another CAI post

getting my NISMO CAI installed today....give you my butt dyno results after I pick it up...also after my install...going to put on my NISMO oil & radiator caps too...sure those add about 2 or 3 hp a piece...

what you mean they don't add 2 or 3 hp...should I ask for a refund?? it IS[I] a racing radiator cap after all...

What I would do is,

First have the oil cap installed, then test dive it to see it you notice the added HP.

Then do the same with the radiatior cap.

Then the CAI.

Then all 3.

Let us know the results.

the first thing you should do is get a baseline. this means leave off ALL caps in the engine bay (and all AEM stickers, whathaveyou...). you should disconnect all hoses and lines then get a good butt dyno going.

well...CAI looks nice...gas mileage is spiking thru the roof (ECU trying to adjust?) seems a bit torquier(sp?)...thought that torque would be lessend...tad more responsive overall...not quite the life changing experience I thought it would be tho...can't wait to see what the oil and rad cap do...

weather in NE has been horrible...finally seeing some sun...will attach rad & oil cap this week...waiting for dry roads...I'm sure racing equipment has been designed for dry weather...
