Took off my Injen intake last weekend and saw something I didn't like.
I got the OBX catch can because ut was only $50 and is pretty nice quality. You can check it out at www.2kracing.com

This guy has the correct concept.

There is only one PCV valve as per the FSM which is on the passenger side rocker cover. The other rocker cover only has a vent tube that goes into the intake tubing right after the bellows section. If you are seeing oil from this connection then it is due to high RPM load conditions and you need a catch can on that connection. According to the FSM this vent tube normally allows fresh intake air to be drawn into the crankcase under normal load. But under high load the flow can reverse and crank case gases (liquids too I guess) can enter from the crankcase into the intake path. Check out the PCV system in the FSM.
I am intalling my catch can on the "vent tube" as it called (the one right after the bellows section on the intake) to start with and see what happens. If this doesn't totally fix the oil problem then we will need two catch cans or something like that.
Also, simply putting a vented filter setup on the PCV valve can be bad. Under normal conditions the PCV valve allows a slight vacuum to be pulled on the crankcase. However if you simply vent it to atmosphere you can cause a pressure build up in the crankcase. Not good.

That is exactly what BJ told me from 350evo. They had puddling of oil in the intake, thats why they added a catch can. I'm curious to know how much oil is coming in from the line on the passenger side.
If you are worried about the oil mist at high RPM's then buy a cheap gas filter that is transparent and put it in the PCV hose. Any mist will hit the filter and separate out and over time you will be able to see what is really coming out of the engine.
I think a cheap filter that cost less than $5 is better than some $50 plus catch can. I am sure you take it into a dealership for service they would look real hard at the can vice the new hose you just replaced to remove all signs of the filter.

So which is it guys? Recieved my Greddy tank today. Looks like it might take some creative plumbing to get her hooked up. Seems the Injen hose (the one with the filter in it) is 17mm. Only place I found hose this size was on the Injen website. Probably could use 3/4 hose, but still only able to find heater hose in this size. Would really like to use silicon hose. Anybody have a lead on hose? Anybody used the Greddy tank? Where did ya mount it? About the only open space is the little area where the stock intake airbox used to mount.

I'm not an expert with this particular part so I'm asking the question.

We have a really limited space under our hood to squeeze anything in. But managed to locate the greddy catch tank under my filter. We had a custom bracket made to hold it there. My filter heat shield was basically in contact with the tank, so I stuck an insulating sponge in between to prevent any rattle.
I opted for braided hoses for a more "showcar" look though it'll not be necessary as there is no high pressure involved.

Thanks,
I got it from the tuning shop who supplied me with the catch tank. I used about 5 feet of it, which wasn't exactly necessary (can do with about less than 4 feet), but to route it the neatest possible way used up the extra.
