All in good time. I’m working with a mod budget, and cannot do everything that I want now. Patience is a virtue.

Sound is up to you. Most would prefer the HKS.

Gains are ehhhhh at best for an exhaust.

Price and availability is something you should consider. From what I've been reading there is a huge wait for the HKS right now. Also, the Injen can be found for ~$800 pretty easily, the HKS is ~$1400.

If you wait, Injen is coming out with a new exhaust that is pretty much a copy of the HKS. It has the titanium(blue) tips and is a true dual catback. I've been watching it for a while but ran out of patience and pulled the trigger on an Injen straight-tip. Probrably "saved" a bunch of money in the end.

For N/A your ideal exhaust would mix exhaust from both chambers in some sort of X over pipe or H pipe like the Borla or Greddy Evo2...

agreed

i own this system and loved everything about it... looks and performs AMAZING

one thing lacking is the sound... don't get me wrong, it's not horried, it's just causes the Z to lose its signature tone... this is true of many exhausts out there

to fix this, I installed a x-pipe muffler in place of the dual resonators... made a world of difference... and most importantly, the sound is awesome and Z-like once again

one of these days i'll get a decent sound clip

If I remember correctly it's 50mm (almost 2") but is flared out at the 6 flanges to like 65mm. The piping in the last bends, right before and just after the back box are considerably larger, maybe between 70mm and 90mm.
