Default Spacers from motordyne

I was just wondering if anyone is receiving their spacers yet? I ordered from motordyne when they were on back order and am getting confirmations from partshippers about the order, i was just curious if anyone has received theres or gotten tracking numbers (meaning have had them shipped recently?)

I ordered my 5/16" directly from Motordyne on 12/25 and haven't received it yet, but their site did warn me that they wouldn't ship until mid January.

Hi guys,

We just recieved a large shippment of 5/16" spacers from the machine shop. They will all be deburred, Hydrofluoric acid washed, buffed and processed this weekend.

Most will ship out this Monday and the remainder will ship out Thursday. And nobody will be charged untill its ready to ship out.

Tony:

I am always impressed with you be it in person or on line. I think it is great that you are on line and explaining things to customers and potiential customers. In addition, you never trash others. Class act!

I ordered mine right before the stock ran out. for those waiting, you may want to make sure you've got a micrometer torque wrench in your garage that measures from 30-150in/lbs. I had to get one since I only had a ft/lbs torque wrench

Stick with MD. I ordered and recieved mine from them back when they were in stock. Once stock is replenished, I'm sure they'll take care of all of you. You'll love the difference it makes.

That's interesting. I got an email from them regarding my credit card as well. In my case, they had the wrong expiration date. I assumed it was my mistake.

What it the same problem for you?

I haven't heard back from them so i'm assuming i fixed it. It was an issue with the name on the card. I didn't have my middle initial and it also says Jr. She told me it would go out today.

Wouldn't it have been possible to convert in/lbs to ft/lbs and then use the ft/lb wrench?

yes, the conversion is 12in to 1 ft. however I don't know of a ft/lbs torque wrench that starts at 2.5ft/lbs. you could do it w/o a torque wrench (which is outlined in the instructions) however I would strongly recommend against it b/c you would run a higher chance of having leaks or over torquing. I'd say to play it safe and buy an in/lbs torque wrench with the correct range or borrow a friends.

Hi Guys,

Just a quick note, we are shipping out large volumes of orders. The first bulk shipment went out today and more will continue to ship out over the next several days untill all orders are completed.

They are moving out!
