don;t know which one i should go with..

if i am worred about driving on rainy day, jwt pop charger will keep filter
away from water??

and if i am gonna put pop charger, do i need a air duck on my bumper to pull full 6.5 HP on wheel?

If any one has pop charger, plz le me know.

popcharger is just a air filter you attach to the stock intake tube. take out the stock airbox. when you buy a pop charger it comes with instructions. not a hard install and a newbie should do it within 40 mins. get the popcharger if you are worried about water coming in to your motor

anyways. gains for both are similar but ive seen a few instance of people gaining nearly 10whp with the popcharger over a cai on a heavily modified Z ie F/I.

my freind has a CAI and i have the popcharger... i really prefer the popcharger over the cai. CAI's dont force air in..the position and filter type of the jwt force air in especially at higher speeds

From my experiences a FI car needs the whole factory air setup removed. Also, I have the injen intake which is considered the "warm air" intake, but I ran a 3.0" hose from behind the grill up to the intake creating a ram air type setup.

 

There is an alternative which meets both of your requirements: cold air from outside the engine bay, and the filter under the hood to protect from ingesting water.
