Talking Installed Invidia N1 and Ichiba Y Pipe

I just got my Invidia N1 and Ichiba Y Pipe installed today.

First off the Invidia N1 looks awsome. It came really nicely packaged. All the parts were bubble wrapped and put in sealed bags.

The Ichiba Y Pipe came nicely packaged as well. The quality was very nice. The welds were great and it has stainless steel flex sections. My mechanic said it looked and installed top notch.

As for the sound. It is definately louder than stock and you can feel a rumble under the car and through the gas peddle while driving. At lower rmp's you can still hear it, but it is not noticably loud on the outside of the car.

I can definately tell the car can breath better and the butt dyno tells me there was an increase in hp. I'll hopefully get to a dyno before too long and post some numbers.

Over all the exhaust sounds awsome. All the mechanics at the shop kept telling me how mean and awsome it sounds (these guys work on WRX's, Evo's, Porche's, BMW's, Etc.)
I am very pleased with the sound, fit, and finish of this setup and would recomend it to anyone who likes an aggressive sounding exhaust.
I will post pictures as soon as I can. I'm at work right now.

Edit: I purchased this setup at http://hpautoworks.chainreactionweb.com/

They had the best price on this setup that I could find.

Thats great to hear! Do you have any sound clips or pics by any chance?

HP Autoworks has some of the best prices in the market. I'm looking to buy the Ichiba test pipes from them, and they offered to do a GB on all the Ichiba parts (Test pipes, cats, headers, y-pipe) if people are interested. In case you're interested in buying more Ichiba parts, here's the link to the GB thread I made: https://my350z.com/forum/group-buys/176469-ichiba-test-pipes-y-pipe-and-headers.html.

Glad you like it; however, this thread would be more interesting with some photos.

What size piping did you get and did you noticed any change in torque from low to high end? Do these come with silencers?

What I'm saying is this is a shop that I've used for years. They built my MK3 VR6, my GTi 337, and my Evo.
They are very knowledgable and are always up front with me if they think a part is not quality.
They have also installed who knows how many exhausts on about every kinda sport compact/sports car there is.
That said I value their opinion, but at the end of the day it's my decision as it's my car.
I'm not sure where your comments are coming from, but I don't think anyone cares to hear crap like above.

Yeah, it's called darkness and it happens at night. I just threw those up for something to look at until I take day pictures today.

Did you notice the mid pipe hitting against the crossmember (I believe this is what it is hitting)? I installed this exhaust, and there is an annoying knocking underneath the car now.

Thanks.
