$80 from a local shop. Its not necessary that the shop specialize in the 350Z, or that it must be a exhaust shop. Most catback exhausts are only 4 pieces.

i was thinking i would jsut install my exhaust myself, i mean, aside from the time spent....why not?......someone told me when they bolt it up they heat sink the gaskets and supposedly do some crap that u just cant do at home unless u have the proper tools? is that true?.......cant u just bolt off and bolt on? eazy peazy?

for a standard bolt on cat back: 1 - 1.5 hours labor...

for ones that are a little more complicated to get installed properly: 2 - 2.5 hours...

labor rates vary by town, weither its a chain or mom & pop shop...

installing exhaust is a joke, if you can't figure it out you must have never played with legos or made it through middle school

Lol Jason, since when does it take a tech with a lift 1-1.5 hours to install a cat-back. Dealers and their ridiculous book times. Anybody can do a cat-back in WAY under 1 hour laying on their back outside.
