no holes, no nuttin, plug and play, the wire harness restricts the the down pipe from sitting on the rubber mount u have to remove the wire harness its only 5 wires taped and wrapped around with plastic running down the side, with the intake they give u a metal piece to mount the harness on with one of the original screws that u remove from the right side of the itake to take it off. i will show u pics of my install tomorrow night around 8 pm eastern time. the instructions suck *** that aem sends u. the pics r all dark and look like crap but this is the 3rd install i did on the 350 so hopefully people like the install. and no front facia removal required only splash guard underside of engine.

I installed the water bypass valve. If you go to your store ask for a 2.75 inch diameter one because i got the wrong one and i realized fast enough to go exchange it the same day. For what its worth the HP drop is insignificant, unless u run into water,OBVIOUSLY. i will attempt another post of pics the first time it was no good.

Bypass valve = back down to stock performance.

I live in Seattle and have had the intake on for one month. Zero hydrolock.

Sorry - Bypass is just not worth it IMHO.

When the wheel spins the water goes down - not up. The way those vents are inverted I don't think there'll be an issue with water getting into the intake. Now if you roll through some deep water you may have an issue.

nah bro i had an acura tl type s before and i ripped the fabric off a trashed bypass and when the intake pulls air in, it shuts only when the water stops air from comin in. it feels the same as stock, until higher higher rpms u cant hear the roar that load anymore.
