I'm making this as straightforward as possible:
Which would be best on a REVUP '06 z?
-MREV+
-MREV+ and 5/16 Spacer
-5/16 Spacer
If the answer is the MREV+ and 5/16 spacer, are the gains significant enough to spend the extra $250 or so to get it?
(I've searched this a lot, and I've posted about it a few times, but I need a straightforward answer)

If you have a non-REVUP engine (in the automatic), do one or the other. You can always add the other mod later, but first get a dyno before doing the second mod. If your A/F ratio is in the 13's or lower, you can do the other mod. If your A/F is in the 14's or higher, get a reflash or engine management first.
Hey Dingo,
If you sell your stock manifold I might be interested in purchasing it for boredom purposes. lol
BTW When you have a MREV or any version of it installed on your REVUP motor, you will have this grin on your face

I have the MREV2 and have the 5/16 spacer, will be installing this weekend. I have an '04 6MT. I will get dyno'ed after the install. I also have the UTEC, wideband tuner and remote switch en route and will be here within a few days. After I install that, I will get ANOTHER dyno, also posting results. I am hoping to clear some things up for alot of folks.

since your doing two dynos you should install the mrev2 then dyno then install the spacer and redyno and once again redyno after to UTEC to see the gains when tuned. whats one extra dyno. j/k would be nice to figure out the upside of the spacer and mrev2 on the 287

i hope you get great game dude!!!!
Shouldn't he get like 4 dynos in order to obtain best info? Before any mods, after a mod, after the remaining mod, after the tune.

I would but really... I just dropped like $1100 for the UTEC, wideband tuner and remote switch.. I need to keep the wife in check or she is gonna have my a$$
If you give me your mods, I can do those 4 different dynos for you. Of couse, I'd keep the mods, but hey you get the satisfaction of gaining knowledge.

When you speak of 13's...what RPM exactly, because my A/F starts 14.5 @ 3K then hits 14 @ 4.4K, 13.5 @ 6 then ends at 13 at redline

Every dyno to date shows the 5/16" spacer always making more area under the curve.
