I will look into the Stillen cold air box as a combo for my JWT popcharger.

You will have an order from me for the MREV2 in the near future. What is the price again, 395.00, since the websites down Im asking. And whats the core refund?

Thanks.
Right on! You know the ticket for the best combination of cold air parts.
JWT filter & Stillen heat shroud.

The MREV2 is $446. The 287 plenum core refund is $122.

Website will be working soon.

I'm getting the Mrev2 + spacer soon...I've already read the instructions but it seems like a hassle, are there any shops around LA that are experienced in installing it?

Its really not hard to install. I did it by myself at night using my neighbors porch light to see. The directions are straight forward and simple.

Tony, is this what you are talking about :

I wish I could buy the Airbox separately, as it seems, it is an entire intake kit, is this a Cone filter element or like a drop in? I would think it was a cone filter or they would be basically selling you the stock system...

I was under the impression Performance Nissan doesn't install aftermarket parts anymore.

If you cant, I wonder if it would be fairly easy to make a shroud for the JWT popcharger that would be more effective than the heat shield...

So basically the MREV2 doen't do much for the 287 motors like i have right? I already have your plenum spacer and was going to get the MREV2 mod until i hear it doesn't do much on my motor.

I think they both make about the same power by themselves, it's when they are combined that you only get a few more HP gain. The gains of the MREV2 and the spacer are slightly different though. I might be wrong but if I remember right, the spacer gives you more gains up top while the MREV2 is spread out more over the power band. One of the Motordyne guys can explain better.

Also, if you have a 287 HP engine and you are beginning to mod, choose the MREV2 over the spacer for slightly better gains over the area of the curve

Not that I know of.

But then again, there are so many out there, I can't know what all is being configured.
