Default Test-pipes?...help

I Am Getting Test Pipes For My 06 Z Next Week, But I Wanna Know The Gains, And If I Will Decrease Or Gain In Torqe?

That mod will easily give you 300hp more.





by 300hp more I mean like 5-10hp. Better chance of getting about 10hp if you have it custom tuned. Gains aren't huge but you can deffinatly feel it and it seems have have made it rev just a little faster. (maybe not) You wont regret them (unless you hate the sell of gas.)

You will be faster....lol! I noticed the most gains with Test pipes...I have the helix test pipes with injen exhaust. I noticed more high end, but nice gains on the low end

Ya Thanks Guys I Thought So, I Have The Magnaflow Wide-open Exhuast On Mine, I Know What You Are Thinking... Magnaflow?! Wtf!? But I Love It.and I Was Actually Thinking On The Helix Ones Too!

They are about 100$ including shipping and are no different than the slightly more expensive resonated test pipes and are stainless. I remember seeing someone on this board saying these exact ones can go for 300$ with a different brand name on them, dunno specifics but they seem to be good quality.

Those look like Megan testpipes. I can vouch for megan pipes as I've had them on my car for about a year with no problems at all. I had some custom test pipes that cracked a little after a year before these, but the metal and welds are much thicker on the Megans. I think the megans are close to $200, which I would trust more than eBay auto parts.
