Jason, On a side note... Should you replace gaskets when replacing stock cats with high flow cats. I'm asking because I have a metallic buzzing sound after the install from 3-4k under WOT and was wondering if it might be the gaskets.

Find and shop with experience installing 350Z headers. The job should be no more than 3.5 hours.

$200 is a really good price, normally between $350-$500

For the exhaust manifold gaskets (the ones on the cylinder heads / headers) when I did my headers at 48000 miles they looked great... I changed them even though I felt they could have been re-used... last thing I want to do is do the labor again for a gasket leak...

As far as the ones where the cat's go... it depends on where you live... I have seen cars from california gaskets look fine and be re-used, but i have seen cars from states that snow or salty air near the coast and the gaskets be rusted and curroded like and need to be replaced...

Best thing to do, is be safe then sorry... much easier to change them at the time of install rather then having to do the install again just to change a gasket later...
