I've heard the Fuji at a couple dyno days and it sounded pretty neat.
Not loud, but deep and had an interesting/exotic tone.

HKS is louder and deeper and brighter all at the same time.

Both get an A for sound but the Fuji is much quieter.

I've got the Fujitsubo-L R. I would def say it's not as loud as stock. It's more throaty and less raspy going WOT.

The Fujitsubo is very quiet. No problems from cops(i got pulled last weekend on way to show and he never even mentioned the exhuast). I can get on the car and not even hear the exhuast (our car only has exhaust for any engine mods). And it has a cool back pressure sound(a light rumble) when you get off the throttle. I would say around 4k rpm is when you start to hear it and it sounds like a true sports car.

And i felt a nice lil difference in the low-end/mid range torque.
