This is the response I got from JWT when I emailed them:

"
I believe your Z has the new HR engine with the two filter boxes. If
your
2007 350Z has a single air filter box and single throttle body then our
JWT
Pop Charger system will work on your model as a direct bolt-on part.
If
your Z has the new dual throttle design with two air filter boxes then
we
do not make a Pop Charger yet for this and might have this later this
year.

later this year? that doesn't sound good. tough luck for 07 owners. intake is usually the first mod. Might as well just start with the suspension then.

Maybe buy two MAF housings off a <'07 Z and pull the sensors out of the '07 put them in the <'07's MAF housings and go to town?

Intakes will be pricey, no doubt about that.

Would anyone happen to know if on the 2007 the maf sensor is the same bolt pattern as the 2006?

i looked at it and i think that there was two filters?

The VQ35HR in the 2007 Z has twin stock air boxes with the MAF integrated to the air box. If JWT develops a dual Popcharger for this car, it wont be as easy as the existing one for the Z because the VQ35DE air box has a seperate housing for the MAF so just adding on an open air element to it is not a problem. JWT will have to someone integrate a MAF housing to the Popcharger in order for it to work. It may take longer for them to release one then expected.

Damn, I shouldve read through the first two pages. Seems like you guys have established the issue with the MAF. Keep in mind that all the JWT Popchargers are CARB approved and there are certain regulations and rules manufactuers have to follow in order to get CARB approved besides the buttload of money you have to spend to get certified. From what I understand, one of the regulations to get CARB approved, stock sensors have to remain in the factory locations in order to get approval. IF this is the case, JWT will have to make a MAF housings like the one in the VQ35DE that will adapt to the dual Popchargers. This shouldnt be too difficult for them to do but of course, this is still just speculation.

Yea.the 2007 z dual intakes aren't designed for the sensors from the previous years.03-06...Not sure about CAI's which i'll be going with.im not a fan of the popchargers but hopefully injen, fujita, or nismo will create a nice dual cold air intake system for the 07
everything else seems to be the same.exhaust is NOT true dual like said, same thing as the earlier models. So i'm assuming the exhausts systems that are out now will be all set..

I'm doing all my "other" modding before the intakes...too bad.exhaust and no intakes =(* tear
