Of course you read the Sport-Z magazine Plenum vs Plenum Spacer Shot-Out. What did you discover?

I have the v4 plenum on my car and love it. It may not have quite as high gains as the Motordyne spacer, but I like it's looks and the material it's made of keeps it running cool, which is a big plus down here. Ability to keep the stock strut bar rates it over other full plenums in my book. V+ is supposed to be even better product all around. One of these days I'll get around to upgrading mine.

V+ with MREV2 is just about the same as MREV2 with a spacer.
If you shop right, you can do it for about the same price and add a little bit of bling.
IMO, it's the way to go.

A lot of people will probably hop in here and knock the Kinetix plenum. I had a V4 on my car for several thousand miles, never had a single problem with it, and loved the sound and performance. Good stuff!

I'm also looking to buy the V+ here in a couple weeks. What's the difference between the V+ and V4? Does the V+ sound as good?? And do you ave to put any washers under the strut tower brace? Thanks!

V+ is just the latest revision and sounds identical to the V4. Strut bar spacers are included with the plenum along with the throttle body coolant bypass.

i like mine, i think i gained hp from it....the other night i raced an 06 z with intake(injen), headers(dc sport), and exhaust(greddy) and i pulled on him slightly in each gear, in fourth i had him by at least a car length and kept pulling top end, i have an aem intake, borla td, and kinetix v plenum, o on an 03 enthusiast.
