Default Fujitsubo Vs Veilside Exhaust

I want to know which is the best exhaust for Z; most power gained? best sound? I am thinking of getting Fujitsubo, but before spending that much money and finding out there's a better value exhaust....i better find out more, so i will need to hear from what you guys think...

I'm running a dyno test on the Fujitsubo exhaust next week if you want to wait. I'll have pictures and what not. From what I understand it is a very impressive exhaust for not a lot of money. Less than half the price of the Veilside.

Default Half the price?

Which Fujitsubo exhaust you installed? I think there is 2 kind, one is the Fujitsubo Legalis R exhaust which cost less than a thousand, and the other Fujitsubo Full titanium exhaust... that one cost more tnan 2 thousand... big difference eh?

I just ordered the GHL Exhaust yesterday. Company claims 18hp and 10 tq from 1000-3500rpm, no gain from 4k-5k, and 8hp from 5k-6,700rpm. Sounds and looks sweeeet

Can't wait! Check out Importlife's post on install/pics

I believe Fujitsubo provided minimal gains, but I can't confirm this. I would suggest you take a look at GHL's and Stillen's exhaust. They have the largest published gains of anything I've seen.

Isn't the stillen system much heavier than the stock system though?

Guru- Eagerly awaiting your dynos.

dont forget..stillen is known for inflating #'s by posting crank HP#'s.

I've bought thier stuff before on my old car and will never buy again. Besides who wants to spend money on a exhaust that rusts?

The Stillen exhaust is a joke. I will not ever carry any of their products due to poor quality and even worse customer service. I'm very particular about what I carry. It not only has to work it has to be of superb quality. Fujitsubo is both. I have the Legalis R here and should have the car in today or tomorrow to do the test fitting. I will take a few pictures and will have dyno results soon. Unlike other shops, we try to dyno everything we sell on our AWD Dynapack dyno so that we can show people what they are getting before they buy.

Well dyno'd it today and got about 8-9 whp gain with nice increases in torque across the board. I have pics and the dyno chart which I'll post soon. This exhaust is not only excellent quality and perfect fit, it is extremely quiet. Great for people who don't want a lot of noise. Great rumble though. I have MPEG's if anyone wants to see them they can e-mail me but make sure your e-mail account can handle large files.

that doesnt sound very good at all for normal everyday driving ..not usuable power if its that high in the RPM range..I would rather go with Borlas new "dual" exhaust pipe which im told produces power from low end to top.. after all the torque band on the Z is fairly low so ideally the exhuast increase should be in the same range and lower if at all possible.
