theres nothing wrong with the stock look, i believe thats why alot of people choose the nismo. the only similarity between the stock and hks is that the tips are straight/not tapered and that the tip ends are angled...

My exhaust sounds better than yours

has got to be the most feeble claims I have ever heard. This thread is going downhill fast.

I thought we were already at the very bottom of it... but well, there is always a worst case scenario, isn't it?

C.

PS. Love HKS and to me, at least, it does not sound ricey at all... and I am willing to bet that it will sound slightly different from car to car, even on cars equiped exactly in the same way.

I would much rather keep the stock exhaust than pay over $1,000 for a fart can sounding exhaust with little to no gain...Anyways, just my opinion..
you know, each of us have preferrence on pretty much everything. Keep this kind of **** to yourself.

What if some of the Z owner says that carbon grey color is a bad color for a Z 'cause it just a primer color...so it make the car look cheap?

Please learn to respect others.

Don't have an opinion on this yet. I've never heard an aftermarket exhaust on a Z in person. (I've got just about the only 350Z in my area, and if by chance I ever do come across one it certainly isn't modified) But, I will be installing my HKS exhaust this weekend. I sure hope I like the sound.

oh i know how it sounds, gratsi for the link anyways....my friend had it on his Z but sold it after 1 month. true however that it makes at the VQ have a distinct sound...so does my Tanabe , it gives off a hollow/inside-tunnel exhaust note.
