I know everyones probably seen plenty of intake questions but Im having trouble deciding between Injen, and K&N Typhoon intake systems. Any suggestions of which one to buy... Pop charger is out because i like the bling factor of the Injen and K&N..

A. There is no "best" intake. They all offer features and advantages and all have disadvantages. Some have small proven gains (+5hp), others have questionable gains (+20). Sorry but you have to do the research yourself and decide what meets your budget & expectations. Some of the more popular ones are the Jim Wolf Tech. PopCharger; NISMO CAI, Injen CAI, AEM CAI, K&N Typhoon CAI. A cheap alternative is a high flow air filter like the K&N filter.

We hid intake threads in the intake forum so that new members cannot find them. Seems to be working well.

 

I am runnin with the K&N typhoon and its gained me about 10 hp. And after puting it on, i feelt the tourqe.

 

K&N sucks gives no power at all and just pointless to buy as for the injen technicaly gives you the most HP. I have one and it is sick makes a nice sound and i feel the diffrence in speed.

i got the kn but thats the only one that i have had on my car so i mean from stock to that one i felt a little difference!!

so 1 up on the kn imo
