Anybody heard the way both of these sound. Which one is louder?

isnt plenum a spacer?

 

I meant does an entire aftermarket plenum such as a crawford or kintix make your car louder than a spacer such as motordyne's 5/16 would. I know that the crawford and kintix both will make your car sound louder based on many ppls reviews and posts but i haven't heard much on what the spacer does for it.

 

Neither makes any noise. They just sit there on top of the motor.

 

the motordyne 5/16 spacer will make it sound diff. I can't explain how it sounds but its different but not in a bad way. Your motor is a bit louder. I'll try to find a clip of what i'm talking about. I have no idea about aftermarket plenums though.

 

Neither should make noise unless you have a vacuum/plenum leak...

 

just had the motordyne 5/16 ISO thermal Copper spacer installed Tuesday...

definite noticeable gains.. combined with Injen cai, Ichiba Y-pipe and custom 3"midpipe+exhaust... already on..

you can hear much better and deaper suction and breathing of the engine...
