Also, you cannot assume because someone else gets an XXX time in their Z, that you can do the same with the same mods. One important factor that most of you all forget is location & condition of the track being ran.

Find out what Z's are running at your track and shoot for those times.

A 14 second Z at one track can actually be a stronger car than a 13.5 Z at another track. The time isn't important.

I thought of buying one but went with the Z instead for a number of reasons (gas mileage, more comfortable, well balanced, and reliable). Maybe my question is better understood if I ask what modifications do I need for about 330 hp at the crank? (I'm just guessing that 40-50 more horsepower will get me where i want)
330 hp at the Crank? So I guess you're going to dyno your engine with one of these.

BHP is only used by advertisements and cars salesmen.

As far as I know most people on this forum only refer to horse power in terms of wheel horse power, and even then it's VERY subjective depending on the Dyno you're using.
