That's what I was thinking. Although, I do believe the Nismo is louder than the Borla TD that I have. I may be ok with the metallics and the Borla but I think I will wait for the ceramics. I hate extremely loud exhausts. Since I have a roadster I especially don't want it too loud.

hmm....to be honest i highly doubt that the sound difference btwn the metallic and ceramic will be that noticeable. Maybe the metallics might be a bit louder but i dont think the different is substantial enough for you to wait on the ceramics, especially if youre getting a deal on it from Brian

How is the fitment with these? Do they come close to hitting any of the heat shields or chassis? I had the crawford HFC's awhile back and had many issues with them touching parts of the car heat shields/chassis. Anyone with some good fitment info on the berk's and or pictures would be appreciated, especially with the nismo exhaust.

very interested in this as well. I just had my NISMO headers arrive today with the NISMO CAI, EXHAUST and MD 5/16 spacer previously installed. Leaning towards the Berk cats to compliment my headers.

yeah fitment is perfect. I brought my car to a shop to do because i just think with a lift its much more convenient. Anyway i was under the car with the mechanic and the fitment was great. No issues. I havent had it on for long but from all the driving ive done so far, there have been no rattles or anything of the sort so i believe its not rubbing/touching any of the parts down there. So far so good

Do these happen to use the stock catalytic brace under the car? If you dont know what im talking about, its that metal piece that supports the weight of the OEM converters to the chassis.

^^ It's pretty simple. You get your vid camera. Put the camera a few feet from the exhaust tips. Get in your car. Push the gas pedal. Push the gas pedal. And then. Push the gas pedal with enthusiasm.

03-06 doesn't use the brace, only the 07's have them. They are light, shouldn't have to worry. I have an 03 and I love them, some of the best quality work I have seen and great fitment and sound. I still have stock exhaust.

If you look in the Marketplace section under the Vendors Classifieds > Engine Section you will see a post by Berk Technology https://my350z.com/forum/engine/323077-berk-technology-03-06-and-07-up-high-flow-cats-price-increase-coming-soon.html

It'll show you all the places that carry their products. I think TurboImport has them in-stock but I'm not sure.
