oh they can easily see it. I just have to look under my car and its there. Anyhow, they have this mirrow that they can stick under the car to check. Even if you are dropped, its easily seen with the mirror.

I'm not trying to scare you or anything, just letting you know to be aware of the facts. The fine is a maximum of $1500 dollars. Yup, it's that steep. California does not take emissions lightly. I found it hard to believe until I did more research on people with experience

I still have no regrets with my resonated F.I. test pipes. It probably isn't as conveniant for a daily driver as HFC because of the smell & loudness, but they are definately awesome paired with my F.I. exhaust.

California is hell for us car enthusiasts. No legal turbo's either for the VQ

Just finished ... 20 minutes ago. It was what everyone said...and more. The hard part was taking off the bolts.

Tools that were definitely needed:

Lots of extensions or one really long one.
Swivel head.
Flat ratchet wrench.
Penetrating spray (penetration spray as I would like to call it...haha)

Tools that would have made it a lot easier:

LIFT!
Air tools.

Big thanks to Half_Rice of HR Autosport for lending a hand. The sound is pretty good paired with the Borla TD, not too loud but definitely deepened it a bit. As far as the butt dyno... I can definitely feel the extra hp's ( )!
