It's fascinating to see how opinions on sound quality can vary so widely.

For sound quality there are generalities... but no hard rules.

That's the first Amusw R1 I've seen that has the titan "scorching" on the b-pipe's resonator. Mine looked like this:

HKS looks nice but i'm not a fan of the sound either. For the high pitched sound i also agree that the nismo will give that to you. So far, i've gone through 3 different exhaust swaps(Invidia G200,Greddy Evo2, Nismo, Nismo with HFC, G200 with HFC, now G200 regular style), and the Nismo is the only one i've noticed, even with the HFC, that doesnt give that deep(the deep that gives you a headache if you listen too long) sound at any RPM. All the rest drone, some louder then others, and some minor, but there is still drone.

The Nismo will drone a little on the highway but its not a deep drone. It's a high pitched so it didn't bother me at all.

just my input, hope it helps. :-)

The Fujistubo exhaust is the nicest sounding exhaust in my opinion it almost sounds like a ferrari. But very expensive around $2,200.

I am amazed that a with a thread title like "Which exhaust has highest pitch and least fart sound?" that anyone responded.

I am beginning to think I am in the wrong place.
