I installed my TXS exhaust yesterday and I'm more than impressed. The sound (with stock cats) is exotic, but not too loud. At idle it's almost quieter than stock - but on the throttle it freakin screams. Nice piece. For 500 bucks shipped to the door I don't think you can go wrong.

Seriously - I had high expectations to begin with (I always do), but to have them met in this manner makes me one happy ****.

I still can't believe how awesome this thing sounds...

Thumbs up

Installed mine today. After a strangely seized bolt on the midpipe of my 08 and a cutting wheel I got the stocker off. The Y pipe was a bit of a struggle to wiggle onto the stock cats.

First Impressions:
Wonderful sound. Not droney or super raspy or ricey. Very exotic sounding. Motor revs alot easier throughout the whole RPM range. The quality on the muffler, mid and Y pipe are wonderful. I've had more "brand name" exhausts
Greddy, Skunk2, ApexI and HKS on other vechiles. I really have to say this exhaust is wonderful. At 500 shipped its a steal.

Soon as this crappy weather passes I'll get some clips of me beating the **** out of it. Everyone that hears it loves it. The best part (well, my FAVORITE part) is the fact it's not irritatingly loud. It just sounds evil.

I watched the video you posted in post 13 on the first page. Your silencers were in the car when I saw the rear of the car during installation.

^ Agree. Extremely loud and raspy even with HFC's with the silencers out. The silencers muffle things a bit.

I have my helix test pipes on the way and this exhaust is coming when I get my damn tax return, maybe sooner.

Can you give me some clips of this setup please? I would really appreciate it.

How does it sound? I don't mind rasp too much as long as it sounds nasty im down.
