Yeah, it did feel like it ran through the revs a little quicker. I noticed that I kept hitting the limiter before shifting. I usually had my shifts timed perfect.

wow those vids really make it sound great. Might have to just grab some highflow cats instead of test pipes and pull the trigger on this bad boy.

My digi camera actually DOES have video, I thought it was to old to have that option lol Anyway, the exhaust sounds a lot like the second video of the "drive away" but it seemed raspier than mine on the first video. However, I did notice it mellowed out as it warmed up as I think someone mentioned way earlier in this thread. And yes, definite power gains especially once the variable valve timing kicks in. I can still take a vid at some point this week if anyone is still interested, although its raining here for few days...

In 6th gear below 65, yeah there is some drone but after all at that speed in top gear you're stuck at ~2100 rpms? At about 2500 rpms the tone really mellows out and if you just maintain speed without putting your foot into it, the exhaust is barely audible.

+1, sounds awesome on the highway. All in all, any (minimal) drone is heard on the highway, at lower rpms. But even still, its not obnoxious.

Don't forget, with the silencers in, in cabin sound through town is marginally louder than stock, and on the highway, there's pretty much no drone basically because the drone zone is reduced severely.

I leave mine in most the time. I occasionally take them out and its even more gratifying because I don't get to hear it full boar everyday.
