i had mined installed this past july, at MRC (both the exhaust and 5/16" spacer). first, there was some difficulty in lining up the y-pipe to the cats. this took about 15 minutes to fix. other than that, everything else was smooth sailing.
second, the car definitely feels a lot smoother. it revs a lot easier, especially from mid-range to top. thats where most of the gains are gonna be.
as for sound, it wasnt as loud as i thought it was going to be (in a good way). only time it really drones is in 6th gear, cruising on the highway. now, once you start reaching 4K rpm and past, it really rocks.
the only negative i can see is that it looks basically stock, i think the tips maybe a bit bigger. the only way to tell i have an aftermarket is when looking from behind, you can see where the muffler connects with the mid-pipe. also, it is getting a bit louder than when i first installed it, but nothing too obnoxious.

first pass coming towards the camera isnt WOT. the rest are.
