Default Cat deletes?

Anyone with any insite on the o2 sensors I live in Mineesota and have no issues with emissions so given if i remove the cats do i need to do anything with the sensors. 2nd question anyone know what kind of a difference this will make with aftermarket exhaust as far as it beiong too loud? Any help would be great!

yes you have to retain your o2 sensors. search/look up plug foulers for your 02 engine service light fix and i would suggest intenstive motorsports ss resonated test pipes to take place of your cats.

You may or may not need non-foulers.
Test pipes do increase exhaust noise.

I was told be a vendor anything over 04.5 would more than likely throw the light. For the cost its cheap insurance to just put them on w/initial install.

Hey, the thread title is misleading. If this is a contest for being an a$$hole, I need to get in on it. I can be a much bigger dick than anyone here so far, and I have references.

Hey, I bought the Helix test pipes today and 2 O2 foulers from eBay. I was told I may not need them but for the cost, I figured I might as well put them on anyway.

Hey, heres the only answer you need, I did it to my pipes. SIMPLE stuff. its on www. 3 5 0 z - t e c h .com if you need pics to show you what I'm talking about.

go to Oreillys or Advance and get two packs of HELP! plug defoulers (part #42002 i believe). leave 2 of them alone, take the OTHER two and drill them all the way out with a 1/2" hard metal bit (straight down, just bore them out but dont screw up the threads, its easy). a drill press makes life easy but a vice and a hand drill will do (its what I did). take some kind of oil and squirt it in as you drill, a new HARD METAL bit is worth it. you'll burn a wood/metal bit up in no time. screw the 2 STOCK defoulers into each O2 outlet, then screw the two bored out plug defoulers on TOP of the other two stock defoulers. then screw in your O2 sensor and bolt up the pipes. wont throw any lights.

Minnesota and Tennessee's lack of emissions testing FTMFW!
