Default Umm quick question....

I bottomed out on my car pretty harsh and now I think I have a hole in my flex pipe on my Y. Whenever I drive, around the 2-3 grand mark I hear this awful vibration and like a suction noise....... So with that said, I got the nismo y from the dealer. Would there be a warranty on these types of items??

You are going to have to get under the car and take a look. Check with your insurance company about the accident.

Well, went under the car earlier and found out there wasn't actually a hole in the flex pipe, but something was lose inside the pipe which caused the noise................................. The shop wants 118 bucks to replace the flex with labor..

That's cheaper than a new Y pipe, isn't it? Problem solved.
