How far in the future are you planning on going FI? You will need a higher flowing exhaust. I say get the Nismo exhaust now, enjoy it until you turbo, and then sell it. They usually make a quick sale if in good shape.

+1. Nismo is not a good choice with a turbo. You usually would want to use a better flowing exhaust than the nismo.

definitely dont get the nismo, it is a very poor flowing exhaust. You need to get a true dual exhaust especially for FI. The hks is a good choice but I believe the majority of FI people choose the evo TT.

If you're going FI within the next year, I say just go ahead and purchase an exhaust with a 2.75 or 3 inch diameter. If not, go with the nismo for now, and switch out until you go FI.

If you want the stockish look with a larger diameter exhaust, you can try the fast intentions exhaust? I mean, it's still pretty flashy, but I don't think it'll get as much attention as a HKS

heres a question

the only reason you would not want to use Nismo with FI is because the NIsmo will prevent you from getting the HP you want yeah? But theres nothing mechanically wrong with putting a Nismo in?

correct, it is not true dual and has fairly small piping, thus creating poor air flow..especially for FI.

but if someone were to be fine with a lower peak HP, its still ok to run Nismo exhaust right? It shouldnt cause any problems other than lower HP than one would expect
