Default Next move after exhaust, headers & intake?

what would be the next best mod for hp/torque to make after you have headers, exhaust & intake? something that wouldn't cost an arm and a leg to do! And could you explain what affect that mod would make performance wise? thx for the guidence!

Cat pipes- cost less than $250 and seem to have nice hp gains and a mean sound. I plan on getting some.

Or underdrive pully for about the same price. Some think this mod may be bad for you engine though.

Crawford Plenum. There are threads here that tell you all about it. IMHO that should be your next mod. At this point in time that is the best proven bang for the buck.

UR Pulleys & JUN Flywheel:

Less rotational mass to load the engine with therefor happily noticeable throttle response and acceleration. Doing these two mods in conjuction or individually will free-up horsepower and apply that to what matters... the tires

I'm deciding between doing cams, an FMC, bushings, or new rims. I'm going to wait after I get into the house and get married before I decide to do what's next.
