Default Help : 07 HR berk test pipes

I was wondering if anybody knew where I can get the bracket that is holding the test pipes and also what is that bracket connect to the, from the picture it looks like the tranny or something? I have an AAM test pipes and was thinking about weldding that medal arm piece or whatever to the test pipes and bolt it down to that bracket so it could help with the rattleling.? Also does anyone have an underneath shot of a stock 350z?

Did you buy a used z, that came with TP's???

If not you should still have the cat bracket.. unless you/you're shop threw it away..
You may want to call your nissan dealer to inquire about pricing.

With regard to the tabs on the berk TP's and HFC's.. You can contact berk directly and they will sell you the bracket.. you will simply need to have it welded onto the TP's.

To the OP, that brace should be on your car. If it's missing whoever installed your TP's didn't re-install it or kept it for themselves.

So is the support brace what you need to get welded on to get rid of that annoying rattling ?

Thanks alot for the help guys. I think the shop who installed it for me most of threw it away. I will have to contact the dealership for another one. So would getting a support brace from berk and have it weld to the test pipes and bolt it to support bracket, will that iliminate the rasp sound? any pros an cons?
