BTW for the peoplewho have this exhaust, after a week of use or so, did the exhaust get louder and start to drone more? Becuase mine has, I was wondering if maybe one of my bolts were loose and so I checked them and they were still tight, so idk.

 

I really can't say mine drones. But I sound deadend my car after going deaf in one ear from having a crappy *** fast intentions exhaust. Never heard of it getting louder after. Just order a silencer from the link I posted. Take it out when you want it to be louder.

 

Do you have to drill a hole in the tip?

 

yeah i drilled mine underneath and in the back where you can't really notice it.

 

How much does the silencer quietin it down?

 

it quits it down a good bit. im trying to get a company to make one with a smaller hole like the jic. i may just order a jic silencer and grind the edges down a bit to make it fit.

 

Those silencers are cheap.. I had a 4" but it wont work I dont guess because it doesn't fit tight in the tip. The drone isn't to bad(compared to no muffler), but it probably will get annoying on long trips. It's wierd because it doesn't drone when the car is cold, just when it warms up.
