Default Another Borla TD Noise

Ok so i did some searching but still have some questions. I installed a Borla TD exhaust around 1k miles ago and i have noticed that there is a ticking noise.... I can't figure out what it is, I even put it on stands and had it running. It seems to be coming from the cats or engine , but I know its not the exhaust becuase I didn't feel any leaks. I have stock headers and Cat's only mod performance wise is the TD. Cans some one tell me how to fix this ticking noise. I only hear it when the car is idling at a stop light. I did read something about spacers but not sure what those are or what they look like? Do i need them?

Ive noticed that too with mine.
Someone told me that its the drive train, I wanna say its the clutch, but I cant be sure either. Its never seemed to be detrimental

I noticed alot of sounds when I had mine installed that I never noticed til after, Like a hissing sound from the exhaust when I throttle it and the RPM's are descending.
