Just bought my first Z and am wanting to add aftermarket exhaust, want I don't want is the damn bubble bee sounding exhaust, looking for something a little more mature sounding, ie m3 tone. Any suggestions???

Our cars will not sound like an M3 no mater what...its an inline 6 and we have a V6. Plus i think M3's sound "reedy" and very crappy. Nothing deep or throaty at all about an M3 exhaust. Dont get me wrong the cars are nice and haul but sound horrible for what it should be.

Get yourself an X02 exhaust and you will be happy.

I don't want an M3 other wise I would have bought one. I don't have much experience with non V8 cars, all I was saying was I don't want the exuasht to sound like a civic with a that really high pitch, looking for something a little deeper.

I will try the search and youtube thanks.

Maybe you will like the borla exhaust. It might be in the direction of sound your going for.

Sorry for my ignorance, but wouldn't it sound like a 6c mustang with borla?
