I haven't heard the Motordyne with stock cats in person, but the Bassani with stock cats is no where near as loud as the Motordyne Shockwave with test pipes. It is noticeably louder than stock though. It's also probably a little louder than the Nismo and Borla exhausts with stock cats as well.
