have you priced out a new stock exhaust? If one decided to chop up their stock exhaust and not like it, they had better hope to find another stock exhaust used/cheap. Otherwise, you may as well go aftermarket.

I drove it around for a little while with the resonator on didn't like it not loud enough. Its hard to go loud and no rasp from what i've seen idk. I'll do a drive by monday the next day i have off work. I couldn't really get on it too much i think the speed limit around where i live is 35. I had no help today cause my brother went to work so i couldn't get a drive by sorry.

hey I mean for right now It'll be ok untill i start doing major mods. My ideal set up would be twin turbo. I don't want to buy something now and later have to change it when i get the twin turbo set up. my friend said to wait cause theres only a couple options to get an HR boosted right now. I would like to get in the 450 to 500 range.

yeah it did that poppy backfire cause the engine was cold it doesn't do that when its warm. other than that i was pretty impressed to say the least. I actually at first thought it wasn't going to turn out as good as it did. It was around 50 degrees here today.

Sounds great... like it better with resonators - get intake fileters or intakes and the tone will go up a bit. All the haters can say what they like, sounds just like an aftermarket exhaust. People gonna be too subborn to admmit it.
Like the guy above me said... as long as you like it its all that matters.
Also no need for the left nut

Hey, did you weigh the cat back after you gutted it?? Because the stock catback is freaken heavy and i wont how much wight was taken out from just gutting the muffler. O, by the way it sounds just like the invidia n1 exhaust. honestly i would take the gutted muffler than that cat back.

glade i got these videos all courtesy of my iphone and some jailbreaking. yeah i'll save the money i got from doing this mod and put it towards my next mod lsd swap. I think i shaved alot of weight off. There was a big difference in weight after i gutted it plus when the guy cut off the resonator that to was a good amount of weight. That thing is a muffler in itself. I only wonder now how this would sound with some offroad test pipes??? Maybe replace it with motordyne test pipe. what do you guys think too loud.
