Default My 2006 350z (First Timer)

So im new to the site... i got a 2006 350z in the middle of july and i am just starting to moddify it now.
Its a black touring with burnt orange leather seats... im so in love with this car...drove a 2000 chevy malibu before this..2nd car, 19 years old now...but anyway like i said, the project begins.
Last friday, day after thanksgiving, bought 20' giovanna blitz rims(with black inserts) for my z and had them installed..deffently changed the look of the the car...and im getting tint done on next friday but now im ready to play with the engine..
Within the next couple of weeks i will be putting intakes into my car but i need some help deciding..

so can anyone tell me what are the best cold air intakes for my 2006 350z ?

thanks everyone

We dont recommend 20" rims on the 350z. Post pics of your car, I bet your rims are dead ugly (Gianna Blitz). We'll figure out something for your engine later.

Well, sir...first of all, your gonna get flamed for being young, also, never, ever put a 20inch rim on a z...or any car you want to have good performace...and in my opinion, 20's just dont look good on a z...also, do some freaking research before posting also, the 2006 only has 1 intake, not "intakes"...best would probably stock intake box with k&n or a jwt popcharger...just my opinion...

let me guess your 17? anyways, not every 2006 has an oil problem, ive had mine for a while now and no problems whatsoever...and even IF his has the problem, you get your engine replaced by Nissan under warranty.

Trust me, no jealousy here. By the time tonight is over I will have worked 93 hours hours this week. This is the worse time of the year though. I have been averaging around 60 for about 5 years now and my bones are still holding up somehow.

Me personally I would have never went with 20's on a Z.

Seach for your intake answer.

Last but not least. Work on your spelling.

Excellent advice.

Welcome to the non-oil burning 06 Z club! I'm glad there are more of us out there.
