yeah when i installed my TP's then switched to HFC's i had the same noise from under my car. i was told it was normal, and now i dont pay attention to it.

i got an intense power y pipe n it eliminated my hissing and deepened the sound.. worth the 180 bux lol

If you have the dough, Motordyne's XYZ Pipe with the Resonator will eliminate the rasp and give you a bump in HP. I've got Berk HFC's and the XYZ Pipe and never had rasp.

yup, just look into motordyne. I had terrible rasp with TPs then switched to HFCs + xyz-pipe and now I only get rasp at WOT or when the pipes are cold. In my case the rasp was due to too many different pipe diameters... For now I'm just saving for the shockwave v2.

^^ Im interested in the xyz pipe also to reduce rasp and maybe add some hp over the HR- y-pipe. Do either of you guys have any before after clips showing the improvement?

Do it and sell me your HR y-pipe

To OP, if you want ultimate rasp reduction, get Fast Intention's resonated HFCs and mate it with MD's XYZ pipe with another resonator.
