Default does Crawford plenum sound stock or not??

I installed my plenum, and got everything on very snug. I triple checked.

it seems to make a little more noise than stock. maybe it is because it doesn't have the plastic cover, or maybe the metal is thinner there now?

It isn't bad at all, just here a slight more airy sound and kind of an echoy resenence. is this normal?? I am not too worries, but just want to make sure

THANX!!!

it's the thinner metal

because if you put your hand on it, the sound goes away

I believe it is the thinner metal. However, when you close the hood, it sounds pretty stock
