Its completely normal for a 2-1-2 system. Simple way to put it is the exhaust is going to exit out of the shortest and least restrictive route which happens to be the left tip, the stock z exhaust is exactly the same.

^^wolfman once again in another thread posting something that isnt the truth...i went thru 2 sets of berk high flow cats that melted shut..It greatly affected the performance and sound of my car but no check engine light either time

If there is no performance or sound differences here op then there is no problem

early in the morning usually if u start the engine there is always a small amount water that coming out from the exhaust outlet right?, and i found there is a water coming out from this section which i circle in the picture below.. so can i have a assumption there is a leaking in this section?

Its probably not a problem at all. Its likely how the axleback muffler section of the exhaust is designed.

There may be a restrictor plate inside one of the mufflers to modify the sound curve. If you have two exhausts that do the same thing, you know the flow bias is due to the design.

EDIT: A small leak at the section you circled in red isn't a big deal unless it progresses into a complete gasket blow out.

Does it really matter? Its a single exhaust with dual tips that are spaced apart. Exhaust will follow the path of least resistance , thats all thats happening.
