Make sure that the exhaust is not touching your car. It happened to me before after installing a new catback system.

yes, rasp is common with the addition of Test pipes. Its amplified because you swapped out the OEM headers as well.
If you can't stand the rasp, get some HFC's.. that should ease the pain on your ears..
Or
as mentioned.. swap back to your oem cats.

Just make sure to get a tune.. only way to maximize any gains you will see..
