I have the fast intentions resonated test pipes, but its the older model without the J bends on the O2 sensors.

I personally really like them because they sound nice and are made really well, but Im still getting a CEL even after using that brillo pad trick...

I have the turbo xs testpipes. They are taller than the oem cats (like most testpipes are) and will lower the exhaust. My b-pipe rattles against the m brace at times . However, I am not using any foulers and I have no CEL after 700 miles of driving

Just installed the Berk HFC's with my HKS. I was told by the seller that the Berks were to way to go even with more expensive products in his line.

Freaking love 'em so far!

Maybe I should get Berk HFCs and can still use the Nismo Y-pipe. Less headache lol.

I bought the stillen y-pipe actually and paired them with fast intentions (hfc's tho...). that ypipe is pretty cheap and much better performance/quality imo than the nismo.

^What is your opinion on Berk HFCs vs Berk TPs with Nismo exhaust since you have both? Which one sounds better (more exotic)? Did you get more rasp with Berk TPs than with HFCs? Did you get CEL with HFCs or with TPs? My O2 sensors are seized on the oem cats and wouldn't come out, so if these HFCs or TPs still trigger CEL, then I don't need to bother buying a set of new O2 sensors.

Also I'm thinking of getting Stillen y pipe, but still undecided whether I should go with Berk HFCs or TPs. Thanks.

anyone running tp or hfc's with greddy evo2? What's the sound like? I currently got the evo2 which was modified to true dual and imo its pretty quite. I want louder/cleaner sound to it...

i would say the hfc's sounded better for daily driving.. but at WOT the test pipes sound better (more race-car like which i like lol).. the test pipes do have a raspy sound which is almost impossible to eliminate but I did reduce it somewhat by getting a more free flowing ypipe..

but honestly i am thinking about removing my test pipes the noise is starting to get to me.. and i also have that hesitation problem a lot of people get with test pipes which really annoys the crap outta me when i floor the gas pedal.. i know i need a tune but i am not gonna dish out +$600 for a tune to gain like 10whp..

if i were you, i would stay with the stock cats.. hfc's and test pipes will make it sound more hardcore.. but that's not necessarily a good thing

So... I used the original Anti Foulers that come with the Berk test pipes and all I did was stuff them with steel wool. Passed emissions and today I'm at 983 miles no CEL

I finally got my Berk Test Pipes installed with my HKS exhaust. At the same time I got my 4.08 FD installed and my Quaife LSD. I will say that the car sounds beastly now, and it almost too loud but if you feather the gas pedal its not that loud. When you gun your car, it sounds completely different. I will have to get a video on this soon. Also I have driven at least 1000 miles since the install and so far no CEL.
