I thought someone got the CEL light with the ART tp's. Check the thread, he also drives an HR. Hydrazine, I think his name is, said that he was the first one to trigger the CEL light. He also mentioned a resolution, this was posted at midnight.

quick question

im ordering test pipes on monday from Kyle(Houston) (thats his username, not sure what company he works for or owns) hes selling AAM test pipes for $265.00 shipped plus id have to spend $25.00 on the collector gaskets, or berk test pipes for $275.00 shipped so the AAM are 290 and the berk are 275, basically the same price and I CAN NOT DECIDE WHICH TO ORDER!!!!!!!!!

any input or help would be much appreciated

I have AAM test pipes/AAM y-pipe/stock mid-pipe/stock muffler

did any of you guys do the install yourself?

I had a question about the stock o-ring at the headers outlet did you guys remove it?

Cause I had unbearable rasp/buzzing/metallic noise. I had a shop put my mid-pipe resonator back in cause I removed it. Now it's Great with a little sting at 3.2krpm.

Anyone!

HELP with the o-ring ordeal...

I'm thinking about going with the AAM 3inch single to finish it up.

i have art pipes, aam ypipe and an ap single on my HR. very loud! pretty deep and barely any rasp FTW

my ypipe sags a little and when i let off theres a noticeable hissing noise, is that normal? checked for exhaust leaks but couldnt find any.

there's a slight kinda metallic sound on accel but on decel there's a noticeable hiising sound, checked for exhaust leaks and found nothing so i guess it's the art pipes thats causing this

yes you can, i have reused mine a few times. i ordered a new set and didn't even need. just depends on how bad they stick. luckily both of mine stuck to one side of the flange.

yea i tried to get OEM ones when I put my GTM TPs in but the turrible turrible knucklehead at ACME NISSAN (SOUTH BRUNSWICK NJ...NEVER GO THERE) ordered me the DE gaskets even though I confirmed multiple times if these fit a VQ35HR...Long story short, I reused the gaskets and had no leaks or rasp or any ill consequences
